Responsibilities:Interactions with central IT BUILD team, central business and local business usersWorkday split = 70% IT CRM project management and 30% UAT and testing (SQL, GCP, Adobe Campaign...)Datawarehouse SQL/jsonGCP (Google Cloud Platform) using big query (Raw data & aggregate calculations and KPIs)Adobe Campaign classic v8 & Salesforce Marketing Cloud (one-shot email branding, triggers automation, real-time emails…)Roll out new brands, new countries or new CRM featuresKick off & project managementApply the CRM and technical Build specificationsSupport & follow the development team in the roll out processPerform technical & integration tests (UAT, end-to-end)Manage the go live, monitoringOnboard the business usersProfile:From 3 years of experience in CRM context (data model configurations & specifications writing, integration flows)Project management in an IT and Agile context, coordination of teams (developers, POs, etc.)Know how to prioritize, organize, follow-up your project and meets the deadlines and deliverablesExperience on Marketing Automation tool Adobe Campaign classic v8 or Salesforce Marketing CloudExperience on Google Cloud Platform & BigqueryExperience Retail Industry knowledge with ecommerce and loyalty use casesCRM marketing campaign managementJavaScript knowledgeConsulting posture and communication with both IT teams and Marketing business usersFriendly mindset to onboard the teams on your projects and meet deadlinesProject documentation, Confluence, ServiceNow/JiraGood technical backgroundFull hands-on experience on CRM tools (Salesforce or Adobe)Good level on SQL to query and conduct the tests on the DWH, GCP & Adobe databasesKnowledge of APIs, flat file transfer, Postman integrationsAnticipate potential impacts: omnichannel, GDPR…Fluency in English
