A leading beachside resort located in Salcete Taluk, South Goa is hiring an experienced and dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support and enhance the resort’s F&B operations across multiple outlets, banquets, and in-room dining.This role requires hands-on management, team leadership, guest engagement, and coordination across all F&B service areas. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, banquets, room service)Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the departmentSupervise and train F&B staff; manage team schedules, grooming, and performanceCoordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service deliveryMonitor inventory, control costs, and support purchasing and vendor managementHandle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and licensing requirementsSupport planning and execution of special events and banquet functionsWork closely with senior management on departmental goals and reportingRequirements:3–5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, preferably in resorts or upscale hotelsStrong leadership, team management, and communication skillsGood knowledge of restaurant & bar operations, banquets, and in-room diningAbility to handle pressure and manage multiple outlets/eventsMust be currently residing in Goa, ideally South Goa or nearby areasCandidates from outside Goa will not be consideredWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work at a well-established beach resort with diverse F&B operationsProfessional growth in a supportive and structured work environmentCompetitive salary package with performance-based incentives📍 Location: Salcete Taluk, South Goa🕒 Full-time | On-site⚠ Important: This role is open only to candidates currently based in Goa, preferably South Goa and surrounding locations.
