Job Description - Product Expert/Business Analyst:As a Product Expert, you serve as a domain specialist and subject matter expert (SME) supporting the Product Owner and Product Manager. You provide deep product and domain knowledge to ensure solutions meet customer and market expectations.Key Responsibilities:Provide detailed functional and domain knowledge to Agile Teams during Feature and Story refinementSupport the Product Owner with acceptance criteria definition and clarificationsAct as the go-to person for product behavior, customer use cases, and market-specific scenariosParticipate in demos, UAT, and training sessions to ensure solutions align with real-world needsHelp identify product gaps, risks, and improvement opportunitiesTrain internal teams (development, QA, support) on product functionality and updatesAssist with documentation, FAQs, and knowledge transfer activitiesTechnical/Functional Skills & Qualifications:Strong product and domain expertise in the relevant functional area, preferably Airline Revenue Assurance and Refunds.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business language into technical understanding and vice versaExperience working in an Agile/SAFe environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teamsSoft Skills Required:Excellent mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilitiesStrong attention to detailEffective collaboration with diverse teamsContinuous learning mindsetProactive identification of improvement areas
