Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Store Manager to join our team at Serapha Brands LLP in Yelahanka, Bangalore. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fashion, has a knack for business development, and excels in a fast-paced retail environment. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading the sales team, driving sales growth, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets through effective management and motivation of the sales team.
Monitor store sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Implement sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase store profitability.
Business Development:
Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
Identify and pursue local business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to enhance store visibility and sales.
Marketing and Promotions:
Plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and boost sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local marketing initiatives that align with the brand’s identity and goals.
Utilize social media platforms to promote store events, new product launches, and special offers.
Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns promptly.
Train and mentor the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied.
Store Operations:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Ensure that the store is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with the latest products.
Manage store budgets, including expenses, staff schedules, and payroll.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and develop a team of sales associates/ interns, ensuring that they are motivated and equipped to achieve their goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of the latest trends.
