Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Photo & Video Editor at TBB Agency in Hyderabad. The Photo & Video Editor will be responsible for daily tasks related to content production, photo/video editing and color grading, motion graphics, and graphics. The role requires creativity and attention to detail to produce high-quality visual content for our clients.


Must Have Qualifications

  • Experience working with Products (Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus)
  • Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading skills
  • Photo Color Grading and Manipulations
  • Motion Graphics and Graphics skills
  • Expert working with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci and other editing software.
  • Comfortable working in start-up environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous video & photo work
  • Experience in editing content creation.


Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in photo and video editing, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or personal care industries.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI image editing technologies and trends.


Responsibilities

  • Reports to Creative Director/Project Manager
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute visual strategies.
  • Manage post-production workflow to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Use advanced editing tools to enhance images and videos.
  • Support planning and execution phases of shoots to optimize post-production outcomes.
  • Name and maintain digital asset files within our organization structure.
  • Keep up with industry trends in video/photo editing and the beauty sector.
  • Support on-site shoots as needed.
  • Create motion graphics to enhance video content and storytelling.
  • Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
