Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate with less experience to join our team at Dattatray Hospitality Consultancy Services. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our consulting services to potential clients in the hospitality industry. This position is suitable for candidates with limited experience who are looking to grow their career in sales.


Responsibilities:


1. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce our consultancy services.

2. Conduct sales presentations and explain in detail about the range of services offered by DHCS.

3. Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly, providing additional information and addressing any concerns.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.

5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.

6. Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.

7. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand our client base and market presence.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

9. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market conditions, and opportunities for improvement.

10. Uphold the company's values and professional standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.


Requirements:


1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

6. Flexibility to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.

7. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
