We specialize in structural design, audits, testing, repair & restoration and property valuation, serving residential and commercial projects with integrity and precision.Role DescriptionAssist in land and building valuation assignments under senior guidance.Conduct site visits, inspections, and property measurements.Collect and verify property-related documents and data.Analyze market data and comparable property transactions.Prepare draft valuation reports and supporting documents.Co-ordinate with clients, authorities, and internal teams.Ensure compliance with valuation standards and regulatory requirements.Support timely and accurate delivery of valuation reports.QualoficationBasic understanding of property valuation concepts, real estate market fundamentals, and land & building appraisal methodologies.Foundational knowledge of construction practices, architectural drawings, and structural elements.Ability to collect, analyze, and organize data for valuation and reporting purposes.Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Willingness to learn valuation standards, local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and regulatory compliance requirements.Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and familiarity with valuation software or tools is an added advantage.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a professional work attitude.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.Internship, academic projects, or coursework related to valuation, real estate, or construction will be considered a plus.
