This position requires close collaboration with clients to understand technical requirements and business objectives, translating these into a functional and efficient system.The engineer will execute hands-on implementation based on an already completed Arista design and configuration. The ideal candidate should have basic networking experience, familiarity with Ansible (ability to run scripts and troubleshoot issues), and some knowledge of Arista CVP.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure client-specific requirements are met and compatible with existing IT infrastructure.Conduct rigorous system testing for stability, efficiency, and security prior to full-scale deployment.Prepare detailed documentation and SOPs for clients to understand new systems and changes.Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, providing timely solutions.Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Evaluate post-implementation performance, make necessary adjustments, and provide ongoing support.Preferred Experience & AttributesLeadership: Self-starter, proactive, and initiative-driven.Strong focus on execution, delivery, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Risk management and sound decision-making skills.Strategic thinking aligned with business objectives.Demonstrates ownership and accountability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence across levels.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Strong technical acumen and collaborative mindset.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field/technical training.Minimum 3 years’ technical experience in:Data CenterCisco Nexus Platform switchesArista (including Arista CVP preferred)BGPAutomation (must have Ansible, Python is a plus)Unix/Linux background is a plus.CCIE certification preferred.Experience in Financial Services (Insurance, Banking, Investment Banking) is a plus.Ability to prioritize workload, adapt to shifting deadlines, and work weekends for migration tasks when needed.
