Job Description: Architectural 3D Visualizer (Exterior & Interior Residential Visuals)


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Visualizer, specializing in developing high-quality exterior and interior residential visuals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar studio environment, with a strong focus on architectural exterior views of high-rise buildings, parks, museums, and other large-scale projects.


Key Responsibilities:


Architectural Exterior Visuals:


  • Create photorealistic exterior views of high-rise buildings, parks, museums, and residential structures.
  • Apply advanced texturing and lighting techniques to achieve photorealistic quality.
  • Execute final post-production work to enhance visual output.


Walkthroughs and Moving Visuals:


  • Develop both still and moving visuals based on provided 2D drawings.
  • Produce engaging and accurate walkthrough animations for client presentations.


3D Software Proficiency:


  • Utilize advanced 3D software to create detailed architectural models and renderings. Preferred software proficiency includes [insert specific 3D software requirements from JD, e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, etc.].


Information Sourcing:


  • Conduct thorough online research to find 3D maps and other relevant information to support project development.


Communication Skills:


  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.


Experience and Qualifications:


  • 8+ to 15 years of experience in architectural visualization, with a focus on exterior views.
  • Proven track record of working in a studio environment on large-scale architectural projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic texturing, lighting, and post-production skills.
  • Ability to create detailed walkthroughs and moving visuals.
  • Willingness to research and incorporate 3D maps and related information into projects.
  • Excellent English-speaking skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Degree in Architecture, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Certification or training in relevant 3D software and visualization techniques.
