Job Description: Blockchain Specialist (Trainer)


Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Blockchain Specialist to join our mission of educating the next generation of tech-savvy professionals across India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, hands-on experience in the field, and a flair for simplifying complex concepts to inspire and empower students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Delivery:
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on the fundamentals of blockchain technology.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse student profiles, from beginners to intermediate learners.
  1. Curriculum Development:
  • Design and refine blockchain training modules, ensuring they align with the latest industry trends.
  • Incorporate real-world case studies, hands-on labs, and projects into the curriculum.
  1. Student Engagement:
  • Inspire curiosity and innovation by sharing personal insights, use cases, and industry experiences.
  • Mentor students, address queries, and guide them in practical implementations of blockchain concepts.
  1. Collaborative Initiatives:
  • Partner with colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote blockchain education.
  • Assist in establishing blockchain clubs and communities within educational campuses.
  1. Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with advancements in blockchain technologies, frameworks, and applications.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to bring cutting-edge insights to the classroom.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of blockchain concepts such as distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
  • Experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Solana.
  • Proven track record of teaching, training, or public speaking.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with blockchain development tools like Solidity, Truffle, or Web3.js.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and/or regional languages.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to bridging the digital skills gap in India.
