Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ABAP developer with a strong understanding of Module Pool programming to join our growing team.
- You will play a key role in developing and maintaining critical business applications within the SAP environment, focusing on creating user-friendly interfaces and efficient data processing logic.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Module Pool programs with a focus on usability and performance.
- Utilize ABAP Objects and related technologies to enhance program functionality and maintainability.
- Implement business logic and data processing within Module Pool programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing Module Pool programs, identifying and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, Basis administrators, and other developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ABAP developments and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall code quality and maintainability of SAP applications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong expertise in Module Pool programming, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Proficiency in ABAP syntax, data structures, and control flow statements.
- Experience with object-oriented programming concepts within ABAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Vistex is preferred, but not mandatory.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with SAP ABAP Proxy interface.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices and development methodologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools.
- Familiarity with other enterprise application integration (EAI) tools.
