About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our IT team. Proficiency in SDLAN environments and Cisco R&S. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) governance, including related metrics and KPIs
- Lead and optimize our research and assistance network to achieve operational excellence
- Monitor, measure, and report on IT service levels according to established governance models
- Foster strong relationships with business units and customers, improving communication and satisfaction
- Set specific, measurable targets for all IT services and proactively implement improvements
- Oversee incident management and drive continuous improvement programs
- Conduct service reviews, manage improvement plans, and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Lead a team in a 24/7 global support environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of networking background experience
- Strong expertise in both centralized and local Cisco Networking
- Proven ability to work across various units and teams
- Experience in vetting solutions with delivery stakeholders
- ITIL v3/v4 certification (service operation)
- Proficiency in SDLAN environments
