Job Summary :


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home decor studio. This role will involve managing the order fulfilment , customer management, Inventory management, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in team coordination, studio management, and operations in the creative industry, preferably in home decor or a similar artisanal business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Studio Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day activities within the studio, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring stock levels are optimized.
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and running efficiently.


Logistics & Order Fulfillment:

  • Oversee order fulfillment and shipping operations, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners and handle any issues related to shipping or delivery.
  • Track and manage customer orders, ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction.


Administration:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, budget management, and studio supplies procurement.
  • Track studio expenses and work with the finance team to manage costs.
  • Maintain studio records, including production schedules, inventory levels, and order tracking.


Client & Vendor Relations:

  • Liaise with vendors for materials, packaging, and other production-related needs.
  • Lead client acquisition and generate sales leads through studio visits, events, and customer interactions.
  • Handle in-store customers, providing a personalized experience and driving sales conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.


  • Project Management:
  • Plan and manage special projects, including seasonal collections, collaborations, and exhibitions.
  • Track progress on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality are upheld.



Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in studio management, production management, or operations within the creative industry, ideally in home decor, interior design, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a small creative team.
  • Proficient in project management and handling multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of production techniques, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable using software tools like Excel, project management tools, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
