About the Role PlanetSpark is inviting passionate and skilled course creators to design and develop engaging video-based online courses in the domain of communication skills and soft skills. You’ll create impactful learning experiences that help diverse learners grow personally and professionally through structured, high-quality content.What You’ll Do -As a Course Creator, you will:● Design and develop comprehensive short-form (15 videos) and long-form (50 videos) courses — each video lasting 8–10 minutes.● Create detailed video scripts, lesson plans, and learner assessments to test understanding.● Record and upload on-camera video sessions on the PlanetSpark platform.● Ensure all content is engaging, structured, and easy to follow for a wide learner audience.Who We’re Looking For-You’ll be a great fit if you:● Have proven expertise in communication skills, soft skills, or related domains.● Can simplify complex ideas and present them in a clear, engaging, learner-friendly way.● Are comfortable on camera with strong presentation and communication skills.● Can design structured learning journeys blending content and assessments effectively.● Have prior experience in teaching, training, content creation, or public speaking (preferred).Why Work With PlanetSpark?● Contribute to a global EdTech platform transforming how learners master communication and soft skills.● Enjoy flexible, creative freelance work with global reach.● Build a personal brand as an expert educator and video creator.
