Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PPC Specialist with a proven track record in managing successful paid advertising campaigns for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

1.     Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

2.     Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting specific to real estate markets.

3.     Optimize campaigns for lead generation, CPL (Cost per Lead), and ROI (Return on Investment) to meet the company’s business goals.

4.     Monitor and analyze campaign performance, regularly providing detailed reporting with insights and recommendations.

5.     Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure campaigns reflect current promotions, offers, or listings.

6.     Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in PPC advertising, Google algorithm changes, and other digital marketing techniques relevant to the real estate industry.

7.     Manage budgets, forecasting, and bidding strategies to optimize ad spend while maximizing lead generation.

8.     Continuously optimize landing pages in coordination with the web development team to improve Quality Score and conversion rates.

9.     Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.

10. Collaborate with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure an integrated digital marketing strategy.

Requirements:

·        8+ years of experience in PPC campaign management, with a significant focus on real estate.

·        Expertise in using platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.

·        Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics, buyer personas, and market trends.

·        Proven experience in managing and optimizing large-scale ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation.

·        Familiarity with various PPC tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AdEspresso.

·        Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex reports and making informed decisions.

·        Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

·        Google Ads certification and Facebook Blueprint certification (preferred).

·        Proficient in creating and managing remarketing campaigns.

·        Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent is a plus.
