About the Companyhttps://www.apnatech.com/About the RoleQuality/Factory Engineer will be required to plan, execute, and monitor all internal test & test to be witnessed by customers. Need to work closely with cross-functional teams (Integration Engineers, Systems Engineers, Supply Chain, Finance and Field Engineers) to build the test cases, test setup and manage all test.ResponsibilitiesTest case creation, planning & executionMake test cases based on the project/product functionalityBuild & manage test setupExecute test cases and approve the product/machine for shipmentCommunication and Reporting:Communicate with all stakeholders including customers on the test planPrepare detailed test reports and provide insights to quality issuesQuality Assurance:Well aware of quality processesEnsure that all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with project requirements. QualificationsBE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics and E&I2+ year experience in quality managementAdded Advantage for personnel with experience in Railway/Metro Industry Required SkillsProficient in software like Microsoft Project/similarStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred SkillsExperience in Railway/Metro Industry
