We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Retail Business to lead our retail division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and ensure the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our retail business.
  • Lead and manage the retail team to ensure the effective execution of all retail operations.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail outlets and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners.
  • Oversee the development of marketing and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop and manage the retail budget, including forecasting and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing retail operations.
