Job Summary:

Abhishek Sharma and Associates is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support Abhishek Sharma, a Marketing and Brand Consultant. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate client communications, manage schedules, and assist in marketing-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a marketing expert and gain exposure to branding, strategy, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of Abhishek Sharma.
  • Maintain records, files, and documents systematically.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of Abhishek Sharma and provide detailed reports.
Client & Project Coordination:
  • Act as the point of contact between clients and Abhishek Sharma.
  • Assist in managing marketing and brand strategy projects.
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables with clients and team members.
  • Maintain and prepare deadlines and project timelines.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and project updates.
Marketing & Content Assistance:
  • Assist in content creation for presentations, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Develop Content for In-house and Client Works.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and branding insights.
  • Support in developing proposals, case studies, and reports.
  • Help with digital marketing initiatives, including social media and email campaigns.
Miscellaneous:
  • Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistics.
  • Manage invoices, expenses, and basic financial tasks.
  • Perform other duties as required to support Abhishek Sharma's daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a marketing role is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and social media management.
  • Should be presentable and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Branding background is a plus.
  • Graphic Design Knowledge is a plus
