The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in software development, a deep understanding of end-to-end engineering lifecycles, and a proven track record of managing teams to execute projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities● Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.● Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle - from architecture, design, and development to deployment and monitoring.● Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.● Oversee project management activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and performance tracking using tools like JIRA.● Ensure high-quality code delivery through reviews, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.● Identify and resolve technical or process bottlenecks to improve team velocity and execution speed.● Contribute to hiring, training, and performance evaluations within the engineering function.What We’re Looking For:● 3+ years of hands-on development experience (Python, Node.js, or similar backendstacks preferred).● 1+ year of experience leading or managing engineering teams.● Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from design to production.● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ClickUp.● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.● Ability to balance technical depth with managerial oversight.Good to Have● Experience with FastAPI, React, or Kubernetes environments.● Exposure to AI/ML systems or data-driven products.● Background in startup or fast-paced product environments.Why Join Us?● Opportunity to shape products at the intersection of AI, cloud, and digital platforms.● Collaborative, innovation-driven work culture.● Competitive compensation with performance incentives.● Flexibility — remote/hybrid working options
