Job Description: SDET Engineer (Automation)

Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain: Create and sustain automated testing frameworks and systems.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams: Write comprehensive unit tests alongside developers.
  • Participate in CI/CD Processes: Engage in continuous integration and deployment activities.
  • Analyze and Troubleshoot: Evaluate test results, identify issues, and enhance weak areas in applications.
  • Ensure Quality: Work closely with engineers and product managers to address all quality aspects throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automated Testing: Develop and execute automated tests to guarantee product quality.
  • Testing Tools and Frameworks: Design and implement tools and frameworks to automate test processes.
  • Test Coverage: Enhance and maintain excellent test coverage throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Testing Strategies: Collaborate with development teams to understand new features and create appropriate testing strategies.
  • Defect Management: Report, track, and manage any discovered defects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance with a strong focus on automation testing.
  • Programming Proficiency: Skilled in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Framework Development: Experienced in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
  • QA Methodologies: Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • CI Tools: Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
  • Containerization: Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Healthcare Technology: Prior experience in a healthcare technology environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.


For this role, candidates need to work in the PST time zone (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) and Work from the Office, Hybrid can be explored (Noida Subject to availability)
