Senior MS Dynamics 365 F&O Tech-Functional Developer


Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and motivated Mid-Level and Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Tech-Functional Developers to join our team. These roles require a combination of technical expertise and functional understanding to develop and implement solutions that optimize our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- System Development and Customization:

- Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 F&O.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other systems.

- Perform system configurations and customizations to meet business requirements.


- Technical Leadership and Collaboration:

- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


- Functional Expertise:

- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O.

- Develop and document functional specifications and business processes.

- Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).


- Project Management:

- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

- Provide status updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.


- Experience:

- Senior Level: 6+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O development, customization, and implementation.


- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in X++, .NET, C#, and SQL.

- Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).

- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and data migration strategies.

- Functional Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Retail).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
