Role Description:

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Tutors specializing in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for a part-time, remote role at Abhyaka Academy. As a subject expert, you will play a critical role in providing academic guidance, preparing customized lesson plans, conducting engaging online sessions, and tracking student progress. Collaboration with parents and staff will be essential to ensuring each student's academic success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct effective and engaging online tutoring sessions in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, tailored to individual student needs.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to support learning objectives in these subjects.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to discuss academic development and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other staff to create a cohesive and supportive virtual learning environment.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that inspires confidence and active participation in learning.


Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with excellent teaching and tutoring skills.
  • Proven ability to develop engaging and effective subject-specific lesson plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding to address diverse learning needs.
  • Experience working with students from various academic backgrounds.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote teaching setup.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field (required).
