JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA

Shifts: Rotational

Experience: Min 1-4 Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Connecting Celonis with Customers ERP or Cloud management ERP system.
  • Extract and transform customers data and load it into celonis platform.
  • Setup and maintain core data structures in celonis.
  • Responsible for data cataloging and maintaining data governance on data structures in Celonis
  • Experience in control automation by leveraging SQL procedures and other dashboarding tools like Power BI, QlikView, Tableau etc.
  • Design process and customer-specific dashboards, analysis and reports
  • Handling different projects and teams.
  • Collaborate directly with senior executives and translate the customer requirement in to ceolins technical requirement
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Solutions (PowerPoint, Excel) and documentation skill.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced / expert on all Celonis capabilities, features, configuration, apps etc Work with Business
  • Analysts/business SMEs to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify all the source systems, tables and fields to be fed to Celonis Connect, Extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems to create the data model
  • Able to manipulate KPIs, dashboards, data models, tables, data jobs and actions flows aligned to best practice standards
  • Supporting the implementation of new, innovative process mining applications
  • Operating and further developing existing applications
  • Taking responsibility for monitoring and optimizing associated data integration processes for extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) company data
  • Leading the global rollouts of process mining applications in close collaboration with process and IT system experts, as well as project consultants
  • Design and build new Process
  • Connectors in Celonis, improve & extend existing connectors.
  • Well versed with Process Query Language to write data from process mining engine and build process mining analyses and dashboards
  • Strong communication, written and verbal would be expected.


Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Process mining experience using Celonis
  • Good knowledge of Business processes i.e. P2P, R2R etc.
  • Multiple projects on end-to-end implementation of Celonis
  • Knowledge of one of ERPs
