Experience:

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst with an SQL background
  • Experience in Analysing, designing, and supporting Sales Force implementations
  • Good understanding of Cloud technology and its use cases.


Responsibilities:

Work with business users to gather their requirements and obtain approval for the proposed solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to CRM and ERP systems.

Assist in defining and documenting business processes, workflows, and user stories.

Conduct research and analysis to understand current industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the CRM and ERP domain.

Participate in system configuration, customization, and testing activities to support the implementation of CRM and ERP systems.

Work closely with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business requirements.

Support end-users in system training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements to CRM and ERP systems.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the CRM and ERP space to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

To define business solutions and facilitate the delivery of solutions which meet or exceed the business expectations

Agile Methodologies

Have worked with ERPs like Salesforce Dynamics, Zoho, Oracle, Etcetera.
