Job Title: Operations Management Intern

Location: Remote (with focus on India, US, Canada, UAE)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Operations Management Intern to join our rapidly growing AI startup. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of technology, business operations, and community building across multiple global locations. As an intern, you will support various operational tasks, work closely with diverse teams, and contribute to scaling our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Building & Events:

  • Develop and nurture our AI community across multiple regions (India, US, Canada, UAE).
  • Coordinate and manage corporate events, webinars, and networking activities.
  • Share valuable resources with community members to foster engagement and growth.

Financial Operations:

  • Assist with invoicing and payment processing.
  • Track financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Support basic accounting functions.

Compliance & Regulatory Management:

  • Help manage compliance requirements across multiple business lines.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations in various geographical regions.
  • Assist in implementing compliance protocols.

Business-Technical Liaison:

  • Translate business requirements to the technical team.
  • Communicate technical results back to stakeholders in accessible language.
  • Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.

Operational Development:

  • Participate in initiating basic operations for various initiatives.
  • Help establish and streamline operational processes.
  • Contribute to the execution of operational strategies.

Partnership Building:

  • Assist in building collaborations with corporate entities and educational institutions.
  • Support partnership negotiations and relationship management.
  • Help maintain partnership documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn across multiple domains.

  • Previous experience in community management, event coordination, or operations.
