Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager - SEO


Experience: 3-4 years


Role & Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute short-term and long-term SEO and ASO strategies

• Perform keyword research to guide content creation

• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues

• Optimize on-page elements, including website content, metadata, and landing pages

• Implement app optimization techniques (install, retention, crash analysis)

• Monitor and analyze app reviews, app store rankings, and optimization strategies

• Execute off-page optimization initiatives, such as link-building

• Collect and report on SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and performance

• Collaborate with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns

• Stay informed of SEO and integrated marketing trends and best practices

• Understand Google algorithm changes and user experience tools

• Conduct competitor research to identify growth opportunities and market insights

• Assess website rankings and performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Manage workflows for keyword ranking, conversion rate optimization, design, content, localization, and A/B testing


Requirements and Skills:


• Proven experience as an SEO Manager

• In-depth knowledge of current SEO best practices and on-page optimization techniques

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS

• Proficiency in SEO reporting and analysis

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Firebase for both ASO and SEO analysis

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities

• Up-to-date with trends and best practices in SEO and online marketing

• 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

• E-commerce experience preferred
