Job Summary: We seek a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring robust financial acumen, adeptness in handling client invoices, and the ability to manage finance-related tasks autonomously. This role focuses on processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and overseeing client payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process client invoices independently, ensuring precision and timely submission.
- Update and maintain financial records, including transactions and payment schedules.
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up to ensure prompt payment collection.
- Generate basic financial reports (income and expense summaries) regularly.
- Address client queries and concerns regarding invoices and finance-related matters.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance in all financial operations.
- Assist in preparing financial data for tax filings and audits as required.
- Identify and implement improvements in invoicing and payment processes for efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Experience as a Finance Executive, Accountant, or similar role with a focus on invoicing.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and invoicing practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books) and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of working independently.
- Effective communication skills for client interactions and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
