Client Overview:

Our client company is a dApp solution infrastructure that makes it easy for dApps to onboard and manage users. It provides a non-custodial indigenous identity wallet that is completely trustless and open source.


Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager at , your role will involve overseeing the entire product lifecycle and driving the development of our web app, mobile app, and browser extension. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product strategy, gather requirements, priorities features, and ensure successful product delivery. Your responsibilities will include:


Product Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to define the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with company's vision of making crypto safe and simple for all users.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders, users, and market research to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Translate these insights into clear product requirements and use cases.


Product Planning and Prioritization: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, defining feature prioritization, milestones, and timelines. Ensure the roadmap aligns with business objectives, user needs, and technological feasibility.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements, provide guidance, and ensure effective collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.


User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach, conduct user research, and gather feedback to continually improve the user experience. Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.


Agile Development: Utilize Agile methodologies to drive iterative and incremental product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.


Product Launch and Adoption: Develop go-to-market strategies, coordinate product launches, and monitor user adoption and feedback to iterate and improve the product based on user insights.


Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product development, including experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and launching successful products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile app development technologies

  • Proven track record of championing user experience, conducting user research, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to think strategically to address complex product challenges.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to diverse audiences.
  • A keen interest and understanding of the cryptocurrency space, blockchain technology, and the challenges associated with non-custodial wallets.


Overview of Skillset:

  • Experience with Atlassian Suite like Jira, Confluence, and more
  • Experience using Figma, Notion, Bitbucket, Gitbook, and Github
  • Well-versed with tools/frameworks used in development.
  • Advanced Understanding of Blockchain - deep understanding of decentralised computing, DLTs, decentralised application, protocols, etc.
