We are an innovative HealthTech startup in stealth mode Incubated at IIM-L, focused on revolutionizing the wellbeing space. We’re seeking a creative and driven UI/UX Design Intern to join our team. This is a chance to gain valuable hands-on experience, contribute to a groundbreaking mission, and help shape the future of digital mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and transform insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
  • Create visual elements that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Test, iterate, and refine designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Help establish and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure a consistent visual language.

What We’re Looking For(WE DON’T CARE IF YOU WENT TO COLLEGE OR NOT):

  • Passion for UI/UX design with a strong interest in mental health and wellbeing.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of user flow, user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping basics.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic startup environment.
