Our commitment to functionality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction sets new standards in the parking industry.Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Engineer to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production operations, maintain high-quality standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve output, safety, and cost objectives.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards as per company and industry norms.Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.Oversee material planning, resource allocation, and machine utilization.Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Train and guide production operators and technicians.Support in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment when required.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.1–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing (preferably in mechanical systems, automotive, or equipment fabrication).Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, welding, fabrication, machining, and assembly.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.Good understanding of quality control processes and safety standards.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
