About the Role:

We are seeking for (4) Four experienced Senior Backend Developers to join one of our partner health companies based in the United States. This is a remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in India, with a focus on developing and maintaining robust backend systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Implement serverless solutions with AWS Lambda and integrate with various AWS services.
  • Use Terraform for infrastructure management to ensure reliable and reproducible deployments.
  • Optimize and manage relational databases (RDS) to support application performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and contribute to team knowledge.
  • Ensure the security and protection of backend systems.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve backend processes.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of backend systems, including architectural decisions and technical details.
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum environment to drive efficient development workflows.


Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Experience with AWS services, including AWS Lambda and RDS.
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Fargate, ECS.
  • Proficient in using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
  • Skilled in RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and performance optimization.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Familiar with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.


Experience Required:

  • 5 to 7 years


Working Hours:

  • IST 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM to align with the US team.


Salary:

  • ₹65,000 to ₹140,000 per month + performance-based bonus
