At Kalypso Designs, as a Junior Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create complete designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client.


Location: Dlf Phase-1 Gurugram

Experience: 2 to 3

Offered CTC: upto 3 LPA


Key Responsibilities:


1. Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to conceptualize and execute creative interior design projects, including experience centers and organic design spaces.

2. Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using CAD Dwg, SketchUp, and 3ds Max, ensuring designs align with project goals and client requirements.

3. Research and select materials, finishes, and furniture, ensuring functionality, aesthetic appeal, and budget adherence.

4. Create mood boards, presentations, and 3D renders to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

5. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other professionals to implement designs successfully, ensuring high-quality execution.

6. Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in interior design, materials, and sustainable practices to enhance project creativity and innovation.


Qualifications:


1. Proficiency in CAD Dwg, SketchUp, and 3ds Max for design and visualization.

2. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design.

3. Excellent spatial planning and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to translate client needs into creative, functional, and aesthetic designs.

5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

6. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

7. Previous experience in designing experience centers or organic/innovative design projects is a plus.
