Projem is committed to delivering projects that meet mutually agreed-upon parameters in quality, timelines, and budgets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Engineer based in Vythiri, Wayanad. Key responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role also requires collaboration with clients, contractors, and the internal team to meet project objectives efficiently.Roles & ResponsibilitiesExperience in carrying out Civil & interior works of Resort/ Hotel/ premium residential projectsOversee end-to-end project execution of resort developments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design, budget, and quality standards.Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned construction projectsMonitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specificationsPerform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project statusCooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical supportEducational Qualification & Experience RequiredCandidate must be B. Tech, CivilMust have minimum 8 Years Experience in Civil EngineeringPay Scale: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
