Responsibilities


  • Create content & own social media marketing efforts end to end on channels like LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Plan, create & execute a monthly content social media marketing calendar
  • Analyse data & performance of content and use it as feedback to make changes & improvements
  • Analyse competitors and other creators to take insipration from and test new ideas
  • Experiment with new channels to find new ways to market and distribute


We're looking for someone who


  • Strong understanding of how social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and their algorithms operate
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Analytically strong and good with numbers & reading data
  • Currently does not see themselves working for large scale corporates & wishes to stay away from the politics that comes with it
  • Like being in-charge of the projects you undertake and interference from others annoys them
