Senior Graphic Designer Job Brief

We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to be a part of our dynamic design team and oversee the design requirements. He / She will guide the design team to create attractive graphics for our company's marketing needs. He / She will play a significant role in ideating brand campaigns and adding value to the same by creating high-quality designs.

To excel in this role, He / She should be able to create appealing designs using various design styles, layout techniques, colour themes, fonts, and icons. He / She should also be able to guide the Junior Graphic Designers in conceptualizing and creating excellent designs. As a Senior Graphic Designer, He / She should help us promote our company's vision and achieve our business goals.

Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Research and brainstorming on designated creative projects
  • Collaboration with specific teams for respective projects
  • Create visual and graphic assets as per brief
  • Work in Sync and communicate with the in-house team
  • Organize and maintain all graphic assets and information
  • Stay update about the latest trends and updates in the communication design industry.

Senior Graphic Designer Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience working as a Senior Graphic Designer or a similar role.
  • Portfolio of design projects.
  • Junior Designers with outstanding portfolios will also be considered.
  • Excellent experience working with various design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Corel Draw and others.
  • Knowledge of the latest visual elements, fonts, design techniques, and aesthetics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Design, or a similar field.
  • Creative individual with an artistic mind.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
