We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who is proficient in managing high-volume campaigns for hospitals, particularly with exposure to markets in the Middle East.


Job Overview:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Google Ads campaigns for our hospital clients. You will need to create effective campaign strategies, including keyword research, ad creation using AI tools like ChatGPT, and developing optimized landing pages using various landing page builders.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, develop, and manage PPC campaigns for 20+ hospital clients, overseeing more than 100 campaigns simultaneously.
  • Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Manage campaigns in international markets, specifically the Middle East, adapting strategies to local languages and regulations.
  • Landing Page Design:
  • Design and test landing pages using landing page builders like Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar platforms.
  • Optimize landing pages for maximum conversions and ensure they are aligned with specific campaign goals and target audience needs.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Use Google Analytics and other necessary tools to track campaign performance, analyze traffic data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders and clients.
  • Ad Creation and Optimization:
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to create compelling ad content.
  • Continuously test and optimize ads based on performance data to increase campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Budget Management:
  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI based on the performance analytics.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of the budget across campaigns to maximize client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong background in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale PPC campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience with international campaigns, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and landing page builders.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
