Junior Research Fellow

Applications are invited for one post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF). The candidate will work in a ANRF, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India sponsored research project entitled ‘Development of an In Vitro Instrument for Occlusal as well as Chewing Force Analysis and Testing of Dental Implants’. The post is purely temporary and coterminous with the project.
Essential qualifications:
B. Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical/ Bio-Engineering/ Electronics/ Electrical with valid GATE score in Mechanical/ Bio-Engineering/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Allied subjects. The candidate should have a minimum of 75% marks or 7.5 CPI (on a 10.0 scale) at the Bachelor’s degree level.
OR
M. Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical/ Bio-Engineering/ Electronics/ Electrical with GATE score in Mechanical/ Bio-Engineering/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Allied subjects. The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI (on a 10.0 scale) at the Master’s degree level.
OR
Master’s degree in Physics/ Bio-technology with NET/GATE or any National- level scholarship. The candidate should have a minimum of 65% marks or 6.5 CPI (on a
10.0 point scale) at the Master’s degree level and a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CPI (on a 10.0 point scale) at the Bachelor’s degree level.
The candidate who have studied Biology at the 10 + 2 level will be preferred.
