As a Senior Frontend Developer specializing in React.js, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js framework. You will collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and product managers to define technical requirements, provide architectural guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for reviewing and optimizing code, resolving technical issues, and driving the adoption of best practices within the development team.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and development of large-scale web applications using React.js framework.
  2. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.
  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
  4. Develop technical architecture and system designs, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  5. Review and optimize existing code to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
  6. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, working closely with the development team.
  7. Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and technologies.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js and related technologies.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  11. Provide technical guidance and support during the testing, deployment, and maintenance phases of projects.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Senior Developer/Lead or similar role, with a strong focus on React.js.
  3. Extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing large-scale web applications using React.js framework. With a total experience of 5+years.
  4. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.
  5. Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  6. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, data structures, and algorithms.
  7. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Thug.
  8. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
  9. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  10. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  12. Leadership skills and the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship.
  13. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in React.js and front-end development.
