*Role Overview:*

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Campaign Manager with proven expertise in managing Google and Facebook ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must have experience handling budgets of $10k+ per campaign and be proficient in using advanced Excel functions to analyze campaign performance metrics.


*Key Responsibilities:*

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for various clients, ensuring a data-driven approach to achieving KPIs.

- Leverage advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats to maximize ROI across both platforms.

- Conduct detailed A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and audience segments, using statistical significance models.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance with a focus on CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

- Build comprehensive reports and dashboards in Excel using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.

- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad visuals align with campaign goals.

- Stay updated on the latest ad platform features and industry trends to maintain competitive performance.


*Requirements:*

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads with a proven track record in North American markets.

- Experience managing ad campaigns with budgets of $10,000+.

- Exceptional analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and data visualization).

- Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and attribution models.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
