As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in translating complex requirements into intuitive,

functional, and beautiful designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including

product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create user-centric digital products. Your

ability to manage design systems, work in a fast-paced environment, and ensure design

consistency across products will be critical to your success.


Responsibilities

● End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from initial research and conceptualization to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping for both web and mobile applications.

● Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand project goals, gather requirements, and ensure alignment throughout the design process.

● Requirement Translation: Convert complex business requirements and user needs into elegant design solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

● Design Systems Management: Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across products.

● Rapid Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly and validate them through user testing.

● Figma Expertise: Use Figma as the primary design tool to create detailed UI designs, collaborate with team members, and manage version control within the design workflow.

● User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and iterate based on feedback.

● Visual Design & Branding: Ensure that all designs follow branding guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all products and touchpoints.

● Agile Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment with the ability to quickly iterate and respond to feedback from stakeholders and users.

● Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to inform design choices and optimize the user experience continuously.


Qualifications

● 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.

● Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience in building design systems, managing shared libraries, and collaborating with development teams.

● Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects.

● Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.

● Solid knowledge of design systems and experience maintaining consistency across products.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello for project management.

● Ability to integrate user research and analytics into the design process to inform decisions.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Nice to have skills

● Experience with motion design or animation in Figma or After Effects to enhance user interaction.

● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts for better collaboration with engineers.

● Experience with design thinking methodologies to drive innovation and align stakeholders around a shared vision.


Education

● Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.


Salary

● Range from 16 LPA - 18 LPA based on experience and assignment score.
