Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultants with specialized skills to join our team. The roles require expertise in various HCM modules, along with the ability to deliver solutions effectively within tight timelines.

Position 1: HCM Functional Consultant (Absence & Recruitment Onboarding)

  • Primary Skills: Oracle HCM Core + Absence Management.
  • Secondary Skills: Recruitment & Onboarding (new module in Oracle).
  • Good to Have: Talent Management.

Position 2: HCM Functional Consultant (Compensation & Time & Labor)

  • Primary Skills: Compensation + Time & Labor + Oracle HCM Core.
  • Good to Have: Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and optimize Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to the Oracle HCM suite.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within defined scope and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support.
  • Hands-on experience with the primary and secondary modules listed for each role.
  • Proven track record in managing complex configurations in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Ability to adapt to new modules and features quickly.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Talent Management module is a plus.
