Your Role

As a Product Designer, you'll embrace the exciting challenge of designing solutions that revolutionize construction workflows and enhance productivity, shaping groundbreaking concepts that will redefine how our SaaS-based products empower the construction industry. In this rapidly evolving environment, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and business managers to identify customer aspirations and align them with our business goals.

What you’ll do

  • Crafting Complete Experiences: You'll guide projects from start to finish, making sure our products shine at every stage.
  • Teamwork and Problem Solving: Work closely with our talented teams to solve tricky design puzzles together.
  • User-Centered Approach: Dive into user needs, create smooth user journeys, and make interfaces that people love.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Think outside the box to tackle user experience issues with a touch of creativity.
  • Guiding Product Vision: Help shape our products with your design leadership, making sure they resonate with our users.
  • Ownership and Precision: Take full ownership of your work, leaving no detail untouched as you craft exceptional experiences.

You should apply if

  • 2 to 4 years in UI/UX and product design, with a strong portfolio and a proven experience delivering successful product designs across Android, iOS and the web.
  • A keen eye for visual design and user-centered aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in design thinking, problem-solving, and structured design approaches.
  • Proficiency with the latest tools to build design and a strong desire to learn new ones. Figma expertise is required.
  • Effective prototyping skills.

Good to have

  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environment.
  • Good understanding of code.
  • A degree in HCI, Graphic Design or a related field
