Designation: HR Manager – IMT Manesar


Essential Functions

  • Direct and coordinate the recruitment, selection, and promotion processes and tracking key HR metrics.
  • Set up Human resource and Administrative Operations and manage day-to-day operations of Human Resources (e.g. administers methods, systems, and procedures) for the purpose of maximizing efficiency
  • Ensure timely renewal of various licenses/filing returns under the factory, Contract labour, and its compliance with all employment-related regulatory agencies and laws.
  • Manage all statutory requirements related to Employee Data and Compliance. Stay up to date with Govt. policies w.r.t payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Supervising and managing HR personnel and providing guidance.
  • Develop HR Policies and Procedures and ensure their adherence
  • Oversee Facility Management (FM), Plant Security, and Administration
  • Create an MIS report to capture monthly data pertaining to recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliances. Manage document control system for all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing and ensuring payroll activities are done timely & correctly, error-free calculations of PF, ESIC, Bonus, TDS, F&F.


Background & Skills

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management with 8+ years of experience
  • The positive mindset with a “get it done” attitude
  • A high degree of integrity, being self-driven and open-minded
  • Ability to establish high standards of HR services by continuously improving current practices and seeking feedback
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, PMS, payroll, Statutory compliances, and Recruitment portals.
  • Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, operations, and people management
