Our team of 200+ skilled members operates from Gurugram and Mumbai.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include managing PPC campaigns, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with other teams for integrated marketing efforts. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and implementing best practices to achieve marketing objectives.Qualifications4-5 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and social media advertisingProficient in performance metrics analysis, conversion tracking, and reportingSkills in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and remarketingStrong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategiesExcellent project management and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldExperience in the digital advertising and marketing industry is a plus
