About Talentorial*Talentorial is an AI-powered career-enablement platform designed to connect aspirants, mentors, universities, and employers. We use artificial intelligence to assess aptitude, attitude, and job readiness — empowering youth through mentorship, career insights, and personalized upskilling.We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the Talentorial platform (web + mobile). This is an exciting opportunity to work on a global-impact project at the intersection of AI, education, and career development.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications for the Talentorial ecosystem.Work across the full stack — front-end, back-end, database, and cloud infrastructure.Develop and maintain APIs and data integrations between AI modules, analytics systems, and partner platforms.Ensure high-performance, responsive, and secure applications.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, data engineers, and AI developers.Implement best practices for version control, testing, and CI/CD.Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product architecture discussions.Technical SkillsFront-EndReact.js / Next.js or AngularHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)Responsive design & cross-browser optimizationBack-EndNode.js / Express / NestJSRESTful APIs & GraphQLPython (Django / FastAPI preferred for AI integration)DatabaseMongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQLKnowledge of Redis or Firebase a plusDevOps & Cloud:AWS / Google Cloud / Azure experienceDocker & CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)Cloud storage, authentication, and security frameworksOthersFamiliarity with AI / ML integrations via APIsExperience integrating payment gateways, analytics, and third-party APIsBasic understanding of data privacy (GDPR, UAE PDP Law compliance)Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience.Proven record of building scalable platforms (startup or ed-tech preferred).Strong debugging, performance-optimization, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.Preferred AttributesPassion for education, AI, and youth empowerment.Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.Experience mentoring junior developers or leading a small team.What We OfferOpportunity to build a platform with real global impact.Flexible remote working environment.Extension / conversion to long-term role based on performance.Exposure to AI and career-tech innovation.
