Responsibilities :

Find the right jobs based on set criteria and write proposals for them

• Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions

• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients' requirements and acquisition

• End to End Business Development Activities in one channel.

• Replicate and expand our existing models of business development and come up with strategies to add sales and Key Account penetration.

• Give yourself three to six months to create a successful, reproducible, and predictable sales model by adding your own experience to our existing methodologies.

Create a supportive environment for team members and colleagues that is conducive to their growth and overall well-being.

• Give recommendations and take active participation in various aspects of Sales, Marketing, and Branding. Take Initiatives.

• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.

• Create accurate and insightful reports. Forecast Quarterly and Annual Sales.

• Meet your Quarterly and Annual Sales Quota.



Qualifications

  • IT Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
  • Strong knowledge of information technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in IT sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
