Job Title: YouTube Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Fresher to 3 years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Responsibilities:

  • Upload videos, create thumbnails, and write titles & descriptions.
  • Develop strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement.
  • Monitor YouTube analytics to track performance and audience behavior.
  • Optimize videos for SEO using keywords, tags, and metadata.
  • Collaborate with content creators, editors, and marketing teams.
  • Stay updated with YouTube policies, trends, and best practices.
  • Respond to comments and engage with the audience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresher to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or YouTube management.
  • Understanding of YouTube platform, trends, and algorithms.
  • Basic video editing skills (Canva, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
