Head/HOD - QA/QC Washing Machine or Air Conditioners - FMEG


Location: Rajasthan


Job description:


1. Responsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to company standards

2. Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made

3. Leading the quality systems in terms of documentation, deployment, & sustenance & creating an improved quality culture work with aim to achieve performance targets.

4. Improving supplier quality consistency and monitoring incoming inventory quality using a standardized SQSA and VD methodology, as well as conducting final product tests to ensure the outgoing product is of high quality.

5. Establishing and monitoring numerous CFTs and quality circles in the facility, as well as tracking key performance metrics such as IQI, PQI, OQI, and rejection/rework expense using rigorous quality management systems


Qualification and Experience:


1. Responsible for overall Quality of Washing Machine or Air Conditioners with total experience of 18+ years

2. Atleast 5 years of relevant experience in handling QA/QC for Washing Machine or AC product

3. BE/B Tech/Diploma in engineering background

4. Handled End-End Quality Management along with Complete Product Management
