About the Job : Looking for Automation Delivery Manager with 20+ Years of experience and Test Management of 30+ people


Title : Automation Delivery Manager

Multiple Job Location: Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Coimbatore

Background : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated systems to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Identify and analyze areas for process improvement and implement automation solutions.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on new systems and methodologies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation tools and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Report on project progress and performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations


Requirement:

  • Overall 15+ Years Industry Experience in Automation Testing.
  • Hands-on Automation Framework development knowledge specially on Selenium
  • Good Understanding of Automation Estimation, End to End Process and Metrics
  • Good Communication skills with experience on Client Presentations, Reporting
  • Should possess good hands-on experience on Review automation test scripts, Framework Development, ROI Calculation
  • Experience in leading a QA team or managing the careers of direct reports at different levels of career development.
  • Good Experience and Knowledge on Test Management, Test Strategy and Testing Methodologies
  • Experience on Automation Test Script Desing, Reviews and Defect Management
  • Good Understanding of Testing Process, Stakeholder Management and Communication, Reporting
  • Experience on Creation of Test Strategy, Test Plan and Approach based on Program.
  • Experience on Azzure, Devops, CI/CD
  • Plan continuous improvements, New Technical Initiatives, Productivity Improvements
  • Handson Experience on Azzure Devops is preferable.
