Job Summary

ProTal HR is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in hiring for both tech and non-tech roles and a proven track record in business development within a recruitment consulting firm. This role offers an opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

- Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

- Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure recruitment mandates.

- Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to meet client demands effectively and efficiently.

- Performance Metrics:

  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, business development progress, and key performance indicators.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques for both tech and non-tech roles.
  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
